Admission to the Programme is highly competitive. Participants are selected after a thorough review by the joint Selection Committee. Eligible to apply are graduate/senior undergraduate students in the field of International Relations and related disciplines, junior diplomats, journalists, civil servants and consultants in foreign and international affairs, up to 30 years of age, who can demonstrate proficiency in the English language. Upon completion of the Programmes's requirements, participants will be granted a Certificate of Attendance.
All applicants should send the following documents by post or fax for application*:
1) Application Form (Download Application Form)
2) Two Reference Letters (Instructors may choose to use the format provided)
3) Certified copies of academic transcripts (undergraduate or graduate)
4) A detailed Curriculum Vitae
* Applicants who are sending their documents by post should also their application form by e-mail.
Deadline
The deadline for applications has been extended to May 20, 2005 (Friday)
