Participants are required to attend all lectures and workshops during both sessions of the Programme. They are also required to submit, by September 14, 2005, paper of no less than 4.000 words on a topic relevant to the thematic area of the Programme to be approved by the Selection Committee. Both Universities reserve the right to publish the five best papers at their websites.
