The cost of the Programme will be principally met by the two Universities and includes: Tuition Accommodation expenses (breakfast and lunch included) during the stay in İstanbul (June 26-July 2, 2005) Cultural activities and excursions in İstanbul Part of the accommodation expenses (breakfast included) during the stay in Hydra (July 3-8, 2005). One-way flight to Athens Boat trip to Hydra Transfers to and from İstanbul Airport Transfers between the campus and student lodgings in İstanbul Return transport from the Port of Piraeus to Hydra Participants selected to attend the Seminar will be asked to make a financial contribution of 450 € covering part of the cost of Seminar's expenses. Remittance to the I.I.R. by check or bank order of the equivalent of this amount is required at least one month prior to the seminar. Failure to meet this deadline may lead to automatic cancellation of admission. Participants are responsible for: Their own travel arrangements from and to their countries Obtaining health insurance coverage for both Turkey and Greece Obtaining visas for Turkey and Greece (if applicable) Any expenses other than those listed above A limited amount of scholarships are available to highly qualified students. Eligibility for scholarship will be determined according to the student's scholastic aptitude which will be attested to by 2 reference letters, transcripts and a detailed curriculum vitae (see the Admission section for details). Applications will be evaluated by the joint Selection Committee.
